PLEASE NOTE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO VEHICLE PURCHASES AT OUR PREMISES AND VEHICLES PURCHASES ONLINE.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Wear and tear is not covered on any purchases.
  •  The buyer certifies they are over 18 years of age. The buyer certifies it is the buyers responsibility to return the vehicle to seller in the event the buyer requires a statutory repair or wishes to exercise their statutory right or reject the vehicle purchased.
  • In the event the buyer wishes to exercise statutory right and return or reject a vehicle, admin fees, warranty cost, service cost, mot cost and delivery cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • In the event the buyer wishes to exercise statutory right we will only provide a refund once the vehicle has been inspected at a garage of our choice to confirm any faults.
